Payments

All payments are required in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including changes of mind or personal situations.

Refunds

Refunds will not be granted if the desired results are not achieved during the support period, as outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, no refund will be provided if you determine that the service is not suitable for your family after receiving the sleep plan or beginning the support period with us.

​

Illness 

If your child becomes ill and cannot begin the sleep program, it may be rescheduled to a later date, pending mutual agreement. This is at the discretion of Sleep Nut and is dependent on availability.

Safe Sleep Guidelines

I agree to adhere to safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS recommendations, which can be accessed via this link. By purchasing a package from The Sleep Nut, I confirm that I have read and accepted these guidelines.

Medical Disclosure

I agree to disclose any medical conditions or relevant medical history to The Sleep Nut before starting sleep training. I will consult with my GP if my child has any medical conditions that may prevent safe sleep training. I understand that The Sleep Nut's advice serves as a guide only, and I will seek medical advice from other professionals for matters related to lactation, nutrition, weight gain, medical conditions, and similar concerns if necessary.

Privacy

I acknowledge that any advice provided to me by The Sleep Nut, whether verbal or written is intended solely for my personal use. Sleep plans are considered intellectual property of The Sleep Nut and should not be shared with third parties, except in cases where the third party is a medical professional.
